Website Advertisement –
- All website banner, coupon and logo must be 500w x 250h pixels (or smaller) in jpg or pdf format
- Your banner, coupon or log will be linked to your website
- Advertise your banner, coupon or logo on our Kid’s & Family Spring Expo page from the time your payment is received until December 1, 2024.
Goodie Bag Advertisement –Dec
- Your 50 coupons, brochure or promotional items for our Goodie Bags must be provided to us by Saturday, August 3rd at 7 pm (NO EXCEPTION)
- Items must be 8 1/2 in. x 11 in. or smaller
- You do not have to have 50 of the same items. You can have 25 coupons and 25 pencils, etc.
Facebook Blast –
- We will display your advertisement on our Facebook Event page
- We will provide your website and contact information to our Facebook family
Display Banner Advertisement –
- We will display your Banner at our Kids & Family Spring Expo. You are responsible for providing us with your display banner
- Banner must be 3 ft. x 6 ft. or smaller
- Provide us with your banner by Saturday, August 3rd at 7 pm (NO EXCEPTION)
Table Vendor –
Set-up –
Saturday, August 10th – 8 am – 10 am
- You must be set up by 10 am on Saturday, August 10th! NO EXCEPTIONS! You will sell your items to our Consignment sale customers and the Expo customers .
- We will provide you space for an 8ft table. We can provide you with a 8ft table and 2 chairs for $10.00. If you are interested, please let us know when you register.
- We do our best to advertise, promote and spread the word about our sale. If you break down your table before 3 pm on Saturday, August 10th, you will not be allowed to attend any of our future events! NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Access to electrical outlets is limited and must be requested in advance. We will not allow power cords to be placed in the walkway. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No live animals will be allowed unless pre-approved by Just As Nice Consignment Sale, LLC.
- Table Vendors may sell, display or promote within their designated space.
- Table Vendor space is "secured" only when availability has been confirmed and when your application & payment has been received.
- Vendor guest, under 18yrs, must stay in Vendor booth and must be supervised at all times
- Once your payment is received, if you cancel for any reason, you will not be refunded. If Just As Nice Consignment Sale, LLC cancels the event, changes the dates or move locations you will be offered a spot in the dates and venue or you can request a refund of your payment
- Spaces are first come first serve
- All backdrops must be approved prior to set-up, for this will determine your placement in our venue.
- No subletting of tables without Just As Nice Consignment Sale, LLC approval
- You can not sell any new or used clothing, shoes or toys without Just As Nice Consignment Sale, LLC approval
- All transactions are made between the Table Vendor and the customer
- We reserve the right to refuse any Table Vendor at our discretion
- You are solely responsible for staffing and the operation of your table. Just As Nice Consignment Sale, LLC will not be responsible for theft, robbery, fire, accident or any other destructive cause that may occur in your designated area and while you are participating at our event.
- Any special request must be made by Saturday, August 3rd.
