What you will need:

• Hangers - Small or Large
• Clear quart or larger zip lock bags
• masking tape
• scotch or clear packing tape
• LARGE safety pins 
• tag gun and barbs 
• ​zip ties 

WASH & CLEAN ALL OF YOUR ITEMS! 

ALL OF YOUR ITEMS MUST BE FRESHLY WASHED! 

NO PET HAIR! NO STAINED ITEMS! NO SMELLY ITEMS!  NO DIRTY ITEMS! NO SUN DAMAGE ITEMS! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OUT DATED ITEMS! 

NO EXCEPTIONS! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THESE ITEMS! 

Repair buttons, zippers, etc. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards. We want to provide the highest quality of items to our customers!

Remember...we have a TON of small and large pants hangers for you to use! 

Don't forget...we have a Seller Kit that has everything you need!

Do not use safety pins on adult pants!

CLOTHING

• You can group items together so that they will equal a value of $2.00. 
• You can add color string, color tape, etc. to your hanger.  This way you can identify your items faster during sort and pick-up. This is not required, you can do it if you want too.
• All clothing must be placed on hangers
• Clothing should be placed on hanger with the hook pointing left (?).
• Clothing sizes Preemie to 5T can be placed on small hangers. Large hangers will stretch your small clothing.
• We have several ways you can hang your items: -1ST - Outfits can be pinned together on the hanger. Safety pin or barb accessories or pants on the back of the shirt at the pants waist. The back of the shirt should be against the back of the pants. This technique will prevent you from placing safety pins holes in your clothing. 2ND - Use pants hangers to hang outfits. You can safety pin or barb the collar of the shirt to the waist of the pants. This is the quickest way to hang your items. Let us know if you would like to use our pants hangers!
• Clothing that is loose should be safety pinned to the hanger to prevent it from falling off, ONLY USE ONE LARGE SAFETY PIN please!

ONESIES, T-shirts, BIBS, SOCKS, BLOOMERS, SUN HATS, TIGHTS, NEWBORN HATS & MITTENS -

• You can group items together so that they will equal a value of $2.00. 
• ​Onesies can be placed on a small hanger or plastic zip lock bags and sold as set. If you are selling sets please make sure they are the same size.
• Lay your socks flat in the zip lock bag and not balled up.

SHOES -

• ​Shoes must be clean with matching shoe laces
• Small shoes can be placed in zip lock bag
• You can tie the laces together or zip tie the shoes together
  

MATERNITY  ITEMS - BREAST PUMPS, ETC.

• Must have all the pieces 

CHILDREN & ADULT ACCESSORIES 

• Can be placed in zip lock bag  

FEEDING EQUIPMENT - Can be placed in zip lock bag  

• Bottles - No used nipples
• New sippy cups
• New Milk storage bag
• New pacifiers

LINEN - Can be placed in zip lock bag  

INFANT EQUIPMENT, BATH & DIAPER EQUIPMENT - 

• Covers, belts and straps should be clean

PUZZLES, TOYS, GAMES 

• Must have all the pieces and taped close   
• Working batteries must be include in any item that require them 
  • Place small parts in clear plastic bag and securely attach them to the items with a zip tie or packing tape.  

CAR SEATS, CARRIER & STROLLERS  

• Covers, belts and straps should be clean
• Car Seat & Carrier Wavier must be complete before items are dropped off
• Must be manufactured within the past five year  

CRIBS, PACK-N-PLAYS &  LARGE FURNITURE 

• Must be set up and the carrying case/bag should be pinned or zip tied to it​  
• Place small parts in clear plastic bags and attach them to the larger piece with masking tape or zip tie  

BOOKS 

• You can group items together so that they will equal a value of $2.00. 
•  You can tape them together with masking tape.  

DVD, MUSIC CD'S AND COMPUTER GAMES  

• In a cover and taped closed  

SEWING MACHINES, CRAFT SUPPLIES & TOOLS

• Must have all the pieces

• Bundle to Boost Appeal: Got smaller items? Group them together into sets to increase value and make them more attractive to buyers.
   
• Leave Emotion at the Door: We get it—some items hold sentimental value. But buyers won’t know that was your child’s favorite dress. Price to sell, not to remember.
   
• Condition is King  Items in like-new or excellent shape can be priced higher. If it shows wear, keep the price low and competitive.
   
• Brands Matter: Name brands known for quality (like Nike, MK, Under Armour, etc.) often sell for more—especially when in great shape!
   
• Size Sells: Clothes for older kids are always in demand because there’s less of it. Sizes 5 and up tend to move fast!
   
• Boys’ Clothes = Hot Sellers: Since boys tend to wear things out more, great condition boys’ clothing  will sell fast!
   
• Trend Alert! Items that reflect current styles and trends catch eyes first. If it’s in fashion, price it with confidence!
   
• Timeless classics like Legos, building sets, and imaginative play are often scooped up first—price accordingly!
   
• Half Price = Full Potential: Select the discount option in the tagging system to allow your items to go half-price during the final sale days—this is a powerful way to increase your chances of selling everything!

Items must be in $0.25 increments with the minimum price $2.00.  If you are planning to donate your items we suggest that you mark your items as 50% OFF on our 50% off day!   

Please enter all your items into the online system before the following deadlines: Thursday, Oct 2nd at 11:59 pm! If you need more time please let us know!

After 12 am, you will not be able to enter items, but tags can still be printed.

You can edit your information at any time before printing the tag. If you make changes after you print the tag, then you have to print a new tag with a different barcode.

Once you enter your inventory into the online system, the system will create tags that look like this one below. 8 tags print on a page.

TIPS:

• You can print your tags on white or colored cardstock, excluding BLUE, PINK & YELLOW
• Enter the clothing first, smallest to largest size (Enter girl’s size Preemie clothing first then enter larger girl shirts).
• Get your items together and have them stacked by the computer or on hangers. 
• Keep your items in the same order until you print your tags. 
• Cutting tags - use a paper cutter or scissors. Cut multiple sheets at the same time.
• After you print and cut your tags, place the tags in numerical order by Item Number and then attach them to the item.

Please...oh please DO NOT USE  SMALL SAFETY PENS! They are a pain taking off during check out and you don’t need to safety pin everything! 

If you wondering how to tag items that you don’t want to damage, you can use plastic wrap. Wrap it up a couple times with the plastic, then tape it down. It's also good for securing wood puzzles!!  

CLOTHING

• Use the safety pins or barbs to place the tag on the manufacture size/brand tag or the right underarm shirt seam. For pants, you can place the tag under the right side belt loop or on the pocket.  Place the safety pin or barb over the words "My Consignment Manager" or in empty space below the category (do not cover the size or price, see above image). 

ONESIES, T-shirts, BIBS, SOCKS, BLOOMERS, SUN HATS, TIGHTS, NEWBORN HATS & MITTENS -

• Onesies & T-shirts on hangers use above method
• Tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag

SHOES -

• Attach tag to zip tie or tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag

CHILDREN & ADULT ACCESSORIES -

• Attach tag to zip tie or tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag

MATERNITY  ITEMS, FEEDING EQUIPMENT,  LINEN, INFANT EQUIPMENT, BATH & DIAPER EQUIPMENT - 

• Tape two sides of the tag onto the item with scotch tape, tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag or safety pin tag to item 

PUZZLES, TOYS & GAMES   

• ​Tape two sides of the tag onto the item with scotch tape or tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag

BOOKS, DVD, MUSIC CD'S & COMPUTER GAMES 

• Tape two sides of the tag down with masking tape (clear tape will damage the book cover) or tape the tag to the outside of the Ziplock bag

CAR SEATS, CARRIER, STROLLERS, CRIBS, PACK-N-PLAYS & LARGE FURNITURE

• Do not attach your tags to your large and heavy items. During drop-off we or you will attach your tag to our Claim Ticket and then place it on your item! If it’s already attached, that’s okay.  We can write all of your information on the Claim Ticket.
