Let us do it for you! You will receive 40% of your total sale minus $10.00 Seller Fee. During pick-up you are required to pay $5.00 (which is half of your seller fee).  

YOUR ITEMS WE BE DECLINED IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW OUR GUIDELINES! 

NO EXCEPTIONS! 

WASH & CLEAN ALL OF YOUR ITEMS including SHOES

ALL OF YOUR ITEMS MUST BE FRESHLY WASHED! 

NO PET HAIR! 

NO STAINED ITEMS! 

NO SMELLY ITEMS!  

NO DIRTY ITEMS! 

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OUT DATED ITEMS! 

1. Enter your information below and we will contact you 
2. Clean out your closets, garage, kids room and find items that you can sell at our sale!  Not sure what you can sell? VIEW the items that you can sell! You can sell pretty much everything for babies. Remember items like kids toys, furniture, car seats, strollers, play pens, etc. sell VERY FAST! So if you have them sell them with us!
3. Email us at jancsale@yahoo.com when you are ready meet up with us. We will provide you with our Special Seller Agreement & Presale Pass! You must pay half of your Seller fee, $5.00, during drop-off!  
4. If you would like your items donated or priced a certain price you must let us know during pick up.
5. Register as a Team Member  
6. In ten days, you will receive your check in the mail

• Clothing must be sorted by SEX & SIZE
• If a shirt has matching pants, they must be folded over each other. If you have a dress with matching bloomers, the dress must be folded over it. We will attempt to match as many outfits as we can! 
• No loose socks! All socks must be paired!
• If we find more than 3 items that do not meet our guidelines, ALL of your items will be returned to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! We do not have space to store your declined items!

WE WILL:

1. Enter your items into our computer system. We will let you know when we add all of your items to our computer system. You will have 24 hours to review your items and make changes.
2. Tag & store your items. We'll placed them on our sales floor!
3. At the end of our sale, we will drop off your items that  were not purchased or donated!
4. At the end of our sale you will receive 40% of your total sale minus the remaining $5.00 Seller Fee!  If you become a Team Member  you will receive 45% of your total sale plus you could get up to $5.00 OFF your Seller Fee!
